Well-being is multi-dimensional and reflects a combination of experiences and capacities that shape how we navigate life and connect with ourselves and others. As you cultivate skills that support your well-being, you develop greater awareness, flexibility, and compassion, which shape how you treat yourself and relate to others.

“Being the subject matter expert for the Well-being module was a genuinely meaningful and rewarding experience. Engaging with the material prompted my own reflections on what information is most helpful and how it can be communicated effectively to students. This module is both timely and deeply relevant, and it will undoubtedly provide students with accessible, supportive tools that can make a meaningful difference in their well-being. I am grateful and fortunate to have had the opportunity to review the module and feel genuinely enriched by the experience.”
