We offer a version of the Constructive Dialogue module designed for organizations that use learning management systems, including post-secondary institutions. Sasha Valgardsson, Subject Matter Expert for the FUSION Constructive Dialogue module

Sasha Valgardsson is a PhD candidate at Carleton University's Sprott School of Business. Her research explores individual experiences of multiculturalism, belonging among independent workers, and effective intercultural communication. She also specializes in visual research methods that help participants better express their lived experiences.
