Collaboration involves working with others in groups. According to the Government of Canada (2021), collaboration is used in work situations “to provide meaningful support to team members while completing a project.” Collaboration skills can help you “perform better in a team by understanding how to support and values others, manage difficult interactions and contribute to the team's work.”
